IMS Construct Ltd are headquartered in York with a manufacturing facility based in Middlesbrough. We are part of the IMS Group of businesses and benefit from a large blue-chip global customer base. The IMS Group of businesses are well-known and are highly regarded providing multi-disciplinary engineering, fabrication and project management services. IMS Construct was formed to complement the group offering, supplying Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) categories 1 through to 5, fabrication, manufactured buildings, containers and walkways and landings. Our offerings are suited to education, healthcare and DATA Centres. We also offer a range of E Houses specifically designed for the rapid growth within the energy sector.

Manufacturing Facility

Manufacturing facility situated in a prime location outside the town centre of Middlesbrough. The facility benefits from 22,000 square feet of manufacturing/fabrication with 16,000 square feet lay down with 5 x 20t cranes. These premises include office space, welfare and additional contractor's offices should they be required. There are approximately 35 employees based at the manufacturing site. Trades covered include but are not limited to fabrication, welding, outfitting, painting, HVAC and electrical fit-out.
